A very good circular shield from the Kaseng tribe. Lackered wood with central sun motif in tin foil. Note that this is an old and original example with very fine sunbeams. The Kaseng live in the border area from Vietnam and Laos. Note that the more often seen Katu or Kantu are a little different in style than this Kasseng or Kaseng shield.
