Chinese "Lion Gim" the Cantonese style Jian.

Fine detailed brass/bronze fittings with lots of nice details,

never ending knots, fishes, dragons etc.

On one ornament the text " water dragon" pointing on the high relief dragon below.

Ox bone handle missing the original winding,

one side with a glued crack,

The laminated blade with the seven brass" Big Dipper" inlays.

The wooden scabbard covered with lackwork imitating leather windings.
