An oldie from the  Kutai area with a rare wooden carved " Modangstyle" face grip with bulbous nose. The scabbard is a later marriage , fits perfect and with rattan stick with bone ends. Comes with the very scarce bone Pisa raut.

The blade maybe doesn't look attractive but is a multi laminated example , often misnamed as " Mantikei' quality.
