A very attractive sword from Sarawak

The blade with many inserted brass dots and engraved" many eyes" motif 

The scabbard is a very special example with " carved tubes" at the ends probably imitating the rattan sticks on earlier models. 

The brass plait work bands with plumes of human hair.

Nice carved antler hilt and resin cap with shell inserts.
