Mandau in a very high condition with some remarkable features. The antler hilt is nicely carved and adorned with human and goat hair. The long scabbard is beautifully carved and high polished with original sideknife. The blade is finely engraved. A wooden imitation of a hornbill charm hangs on the belt and so it is possible that this mandau once belonged to a young headhunter who was not powerfull enough to carry the real hornbill ivory charm.

Anyway a beautifull sword in perfect condition.
