A maori war club or Wahaika 

The carved style is almost the same as the example in the museum of Genova.

That example is collected near the end of the 19th century  ( most likely 1878) by Enrico D'Albertis.  It is possibly from the same carving school or even the same carver.

The condition is good, a stand is included.
