Small boys shield from the Mendalam river. This style is significant for the kind of "strip figure" style , mostly representing daily life scenes. Here on this shield two figures together smoking and drinking.

The mid of the shield decorated with the usual mask. The top and bottom with stylized hornbill beaks separated by rows of magic eyes.

This shield is certainly old , my estimate is around the 1930's.
